FREE AWP

I have the plugin setup to limit 1 awp/team, which works, but the player who buys the awp gets refunded despite getting the awp. I believe currently you get refunded if you're the last player to buy the available weapon on your team, so for example if you limit to 3 awps on a team, the 3rd awp is bought freely.
