Change the Icon for changes languages in a multilingual site to the name of the active language or add the ability to change it EDIT: ignore or delete this

I'm really not a fan of the use of a the globe icon for language selection. It's ambiguous and way too easy to miss for your average user. It's a lot easier for people to understand if instead of the globe icon, it has the name of the active language (i.e "English") with maybe a drop-down arrow.
At the very least, I think this should be the option.
