Feature request: Translate Wowchemy site footer automatically

I like the new message, "Published with Wowchemy — the free, open source website builder that empowers creators." It's much better to convey what it is and the free open-source character to people who don't know about it (else they could think it's just another website service).

It would be awesome if it would translate automatically to the site language for people who don't understand English.

Rodri seems to think that it should be feasible using Hugo's i18n function within the appropriate site footer code section. I'm not quite sure how I would do a pull request about this/fix the code myself however. Thanks!
