CRUD related commands like gamble and currency checks are slow

check why CRUD related commands are very slow when ran through the raspberry pi.
the commands seemed to tax the raspberry's CPU a lot (take 100% of an entire core), see if there is any way to make it better.

from some testing on a regular PC, it is performed instantly with out any problems.

a suggestion which is probably the best solution - migrate to save all data in a local DB using MongoDB for data storage and Mongoose for the code interface.
