The Engine code (Lunar-era) is still a pretty distinct codebase. Merge the Helium and Lunar codebases in a meaningful way and eliminate the Lunar namespace. This includes merging the foundation code for things like I/O, sockets, memory mgmt, as well as high level integration with the editor. Reconcile redundant functionality and invent new systems where necessary.
