Redo all the existing LASCO JPEG2000 images using the Level 1 data and not the quicklook Level 0.5 data. #17

The LASCO C2 and C3 image data we have online is based on Level 0.5 data and background images that are not final. By re-calculating the JPEG2000 images using the best-available data we will get much better images.

Note that it is not clear that the existing images have the c2 and c3 distortions removed. This is important for labeling planets and other celestial objects/spacecraft.
