- spaghetti, 1 lb
- ground pork, 0.5 lb
- unsalted butter, 2 Tbsp
- Kimchi, 2 cup chopped (a full small container)
- miso, 4 tsp
- black pepper, 1 tsp
- Parmigan Cheese for topping
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water by following the directions of the package, save 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Heat a wok or a large skillet over medium high heat, add butter and let it melt. When butter ’s melted add ground pork and cook until ground pork is fully cooked and brown edges.
- Stir in kimchi, miso, pasta water and black pepper and cook everything together about 4 minutes.
- Stir in cooked and drained pasta into kimchi sauce and toss everything together. Sprinkle some parmigiano to your taste. Enjoy!
