A large crubly cookie with a lot of fun flavors. Based on Alton Brown's Choclate Chip Cookie #10
- 300g All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon backing soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 150g Sugar
- 142g Brown Sugar
- 14 tablespoons butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups Cocoa Nubs
- Place oven rack in position B and preheat to 375F
- Assmeble dry goods, wet works and extras via the muffin method
- Use an ice cream scoop to form 12 balls
- Place cookie balls on baking sheet
- Cover each cookie with a sprinkle of smoked salt
- Put cookies in oven
- Reduce oven to 275F and bake for 25 Minutes
- Increase heat to 350 and bake for 4 minutes
- Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes then move them to a cooling rack to cool completely
