Describe the bug
On Windows instances, the installation of Chocolatey packages can randomly hang and will need to restart the Ansible provisioning. There are no clear solutions on how to avoid this problem.

To Reproduce
Deploy to a Windows instance and the Install Packages step can randomly hang.

Expected behavior
All the packages should automatically install without hanging.

Operating system :
Windows Server 2022

Additional context
There are no clear solutions on how to avoid this problem.
