Should we ensure hepdata-validator works on Windows? #46

When investigating #45 I set off a CI run on Windows as well as MacOS for completeness. Tests failed on Windows mostly because of paths: see https://github.com/HEPData/hepdata-validator/runs/5412773166?check_suite_focus=true

We should consider whether we want to ensure hepdata-validator will work on Windows.

It depends how easy it is to fix, but it's not a high priority. Most HEP software only runs on Linux or macOS and the majority of potential users/developers will not be using Windows.
