Adding CPU Governor and min/max Frequency information

Hello, would it be possible to add information on the Governor currently active on a core, and the maximum and minimum frequencies available. I think it would be fairly easy on Linux, same way as the current get_cpu_frequency() works. However I have no idea how it might work in a different OS.
