What type of enhancement is this?

API improvement

What does the enhancement do?

For example:

http_requests_total[5m]

Will report an error currently:

 Unsupported arrow data type, type: Dictionary(Int64, Float64)

It's confusing for users. The native Prometheus returns the range vector results instead. It would be better that keep the compatible with it.
