Welcome – I’m Gray135

I’m a customer experience and data enthusiast with 8+ years in customer success, digital support, and quality operations. I use data to spot patterns, reduce churn, and improve the customer journey. Lately I’ve been building hands-on analytics projects that connect customer insights to business impact. My toolkit includes Excel, Power BI, and SQL.

I’m especially interested in roles where I can bridge customer experience with analytics and implementation, helping teams make better, data-driven decisions.
