Hi there,

I'm sorry if I missed information about using Graphify with Abacus AI CLI. I googled, I searched here, I searched issues.

I'm mainly using Abacus AI Desktop (https://apps.abacus.ai/chatllm/desktop) for coding and wanted to use Graphify. Is there a way to install it for this?

No separate installation is required because Graphify is already built directly into the Abacus AI Desktop application as a native feature.

Abacus AI utilizes the Graphify engine under the hood to build persistent memory layers and project-wide dependency maps for Code Mode and CLI workflows.

Installation

1. Install the CLI Package:

The package is named graphifyy (with a double y) on PyPI. Open your terminal (or the CLI terminal inside Abacus AI Desktop) and run:

Using uv (recommended)

uv tool install graphifyy

Or using pipx

pipx install graphifyy

Or standard pip

pip install graphifyy

2. Register globally:

graphify install

### 3. Generate your code graphOpen your code repository folder inside Abacus AI Desktop, open the built-in CLI tab, and run:
graphify .

(Note for Windows users: if you are on PowerShell, make sure to use graphify . exactly. Do not use a forward slash like /graphify . as it will fail).
This will generate a graphify-out/ folder containing your graph.json structural context map and an interactive visual dashboard in graph.html that you can open inside the desktop app.
