[Enhancement]: Clarify new settings in changelog

Problem:

When i read the release notes i find it hard to understand what of the things listed are new in the UI. Sometimes i have the urge to dig into the settings to check if there is an new option/feature/setting because i want to use GOS in the best way possible for my usecase.

Proposed solution:

Best case would be a What's New kind of list in the UI that shows u the new settings or other stuff u can dial in yourself.

I know that is too much of a stretch though so i would at least want it to be clearly explained in the release notes so i can go find the new (updated) setting/option/feature and configure it based on my preference.
