Issue tracks adding native cosign support to skaffold build
https://github.com/sigstore/cosign

The goal would be to make any skaffold user have easy access to binary signing, some golden path around the user journeys there (add X config and skaffold will sign binary, add this config and skaffold will require binaries be signed, etc.)
