An example saving an image in podman locally

Actual behavior
There is no example on how to build the image for local inspection.

Expected behavior
I guess --no-push with --tar-path and then steaming to podman will do, but I am not sure it is the best way, so a clear and concise example would be appreciated.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. .Open https://github.com/GoogleContainerTools/kaniko
2. See no info for podman or "import image locally" or local storage
