Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we do not support MapReduce's streaming and pipes (https://oozie.apache.org/docs/5.1.0/WorkflowFunctionalSpec.html#a3.2.2_Map-Reduce_Action)

Describe the solution you'd like
Streaming and pipes should be implemented (new operator is needed in Airflow)
