Make the goldy bot framework actually a framework 😭

• Remove git submodule internal extensions
• Add functionality for goldy bot to git clone extensions specified in goldy.json
• update extension's template to include framework version inference. (idk how we'll implement this)
• make timestamps.py an external extension.

a few changes have come from this:

• Goldy-Bot-V5 repo has been renamed to Goldy-Bot-Framework.
• All unnecessary internal extensions have been removed and turned into a repo.
• The goldybot.repo repository has appeared!
• Included has been added!
