Inquiry about per-read modification probability in xPore

I want to obtain per-read modification probabilities for my data. I noticed that in earlier versions of xPore (e.g., v0.4.x), the model and predict commands allowed users to compute posterior probabilities at the read level. However, in the latest versions (e.g., v0.5.4, v2.0, v2.1), these options are no longer available, and the tool only supports site-level differential modification analysis.

May I ask:

1. Is there still a way to obtain per-read modification probabilities using the current version of xPore?
2. If not, would it be possible to access an older version (e.g., v0.4.3) that still supports the model and predict functions?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
