Something seems different with 6.5.1 and it causes my project's build script to fail in a Windows environment on AppVeyor. I intend to raise an issue when I have more details including repro steps but I thought I would mention it here in case you have info that I should be aware of. So far I have been able to confirm that downgrading to 6.5.0 solves the problem but I don't have yet any info about what causes the problems or what are the exact repro steps (I suspect there are multiple factors that must be combined to reproduce this issue so it's not going to be trivial to figure out).
