Suggestion from the municipalities: the software remembers the last view the user has had in the service - e.g. the last used filters, background map and extent.

This was not in the original offer, so it is a new feature request.

"Edellinen/käytetty näkymä jää näkyviin" was very much requested in user testing.

The filters are saved in localstorage now.

Do we want to also save the background map, center and zoom level?
