Local Cache Error after updating from 5.1.2 from 5.1.4

What action or series of actions is the cause of the issue?

1. action 1; Updated the scipt as usual from 5.1.2 to 5.1.4
2. action 2; Run noitifistop -> local cache error occurs "cannot save/no access error""
3. action 3; Run notifistart -> local cache error occurs "cannot save/no access error"

Expected behavior

What should happen?

Script should run without error.

Current behavior

Local cache error occurs with syntax error in line 439

What happens instead?

Context

• Version of the script:5.1.4

• Any other details which might be related to the context;

Going back to version 5.1.3 works fine. No script or local cache error with that version.

Possible debugging of version 5.1.4 needed.
