How I can construct a new Tag with Model/Tag?

I parsed a few entries. Now I want to add them to Rainlab Blog.
I am using

    $AllCategories = 2;
    $post = new Post();
    $post->title = 'testSetPost';
    $post->slug = 'testSetPost';
    $post->content = '<h1>TEST SET POST</h1>';
    $post->excerpt = '<h6>TEST SET POST</h6>';
    $post->published_at = '2021-02-05 15:14:23';
    // tags
    $post->tags = ["69"]; // Tag with such id does not exist, how can I create it?
    // tags
    $post->published = true;
    $post->save();

    $post->categories()->attach($AllCategories);

    $file = new File;
    $file->fromUrl('https://picsum.photos/500/320/?random=1','test-set-post' . '.jpg');        
                
    $post->featured_images()->save($file);

But if the tag doesn't exist, how do I create it?

Hi!

I'm not entirely sure why you need to do this, because you basically just try to use models from plugins instead of using the logic which October CMS provides, as long as all this stuff with model attaches is handled by October's behaviors.

Anyway, if you still want this, you should use plain Laravel logic.

        $post = new Post();
        $post->title = 'testSetPost ';
        $post->slug = 'testSetPost';
        $post->content = '<h1>TEST SET POST</h1>';
        $post->excerpt = '<h6>TEST SET POST</h6>';
        $post->published_at = '2021-02-05 15:14:23';

        // tags
        // So OPTION 1: just explicitly create a tag, save it, and use it afterwards
        $newTag = new Tag();
        $newTag->name = 'Test tag';
        $newTag->slug = 'test-tag';
        $newTag->save();
        // OPTION 2: get the tag from the database if you know its id, slug etc.
        $tagFromDb = Tag::find(1); // get by ID

        $post->published = true;
        $post->save();
        
        // when you have saved post, you can attach tags
        $post->tags()->attach($newTag);
        $post->tags()->attach($tagFromDb);
