  • Remove prefix related client code
  • Remove all prefix related code from our commands
  • redo tags class, now we have 1 tagg file class with 2 childeren new commands are /tag fetch and /tag list
  • remove unused code overhauled bot.
  • remove getAsTag() as thats almost obsolete

All in on the removal for normal commands. Not too sure on tags, though. !! is just easier. Nothing wrong with also having a fetch, but I guess it's here for discussion.
