grid layers & mapserver

grid layers in mapserver requires some improvements

• somehow if a tif is loaded in the mapfile the tiff-file is references as {tifname}.shp
  

• grid style is set to None

• if a tif is loaded from a vrt the layer seems not recognised as being able to be published
