Steam Game File transfer over LAN

Hello

I would love to request if LinuxGSM could add support so we can run steam in a VM or something then can transfer games over LAN with the new update steam added under Downloads
I have about 4TB of games not all are downloaded
If we download it one then the vm or system can download it from that system etc etc
I wouldn't mind a docker version that would be cool but not needed etc etc
