Add Permission Checks to Limit Command Usage

Currently, anyone on the server can use the /findplayer command without restrictions. I attempted to restrict the command usage through LuckPerms, but the command does not have integrated permission checks, making it impossible to limit usage.

It would be great if you could implement support for permission checks through either the Fabric Permissions API or LuckPerms' Fabric permissions bridge.
