- Added concept of Patch using voices - Added Polyphonic and Unison modes
…ig. h for including/excluding stuff based on preferences, Menu enhancements.
Added a stack to keep track of the notes on the keyboard which are currently down. Removed debug stuff.
Got rid of dynamically allocated lists in favor of fixed size buffers.

Completed integration of polyphonic and unison modes. There are some notes here (http://forum.gadgetfactory.net/index.php?/topic/1530-unison-and-polyphonic-modes/) about the updates.
Memory related stability issues I mentioned earlier in the forum are fixed.
