Molly flagged this to me via Becky and Jothi - on running the acr_slice_thickness task for a sagittal image slice, hazen gives an incorrect result as the image is rotated 90 degrees.
Code needs to be added to allow hazen to detect when an image is not oriented correctly
OS: macOS Sonoma 14.5
Python version 3.9.13
Hazen version: 1.3.3
Deployment: venv

Just to add to that, after discussion Ryan and I have decided to hardcode the rotation one way and then locally change the QA SOP for our team to scan in an orientation that works for this rotation (if Becky/David are okay with that). We will then work on a more robust way to detect the angle of the phantom and rotate accordingly as a more long term job.
