RDP creates a log file in %APPDATA%/RadeonDeveloperPanel/log.txt If you want to share the log file, I can ask the RDP team to take a look. |
I have a similar problem AMD Radeon 6800M |
@chesik-amd Any updates? The new version of RGP didn't fix the problem |
@MikhailGorobets: The RDP team took a look at the log file you shared, and unfortunately, it doesn't provide any additional clues as to what is going on. Are you seeing this issue with all DX12 apps (like the original reporter), or do you only see it with your specific application? Which driver version do you have installed? If you are not using the latest driver for your GPU device, could you see if updating the driver helps? |
@chesik-amd I have downloaded the RGP again and cleared appropriate folders( |
Thanks @MikhailGorobets -- I'm glad to hear that it is working for you now. I will pass this info on the RDP team in case there is anything actionable there. @mathforlife83: Are you still seeing issues with the latest RadeonDeveloperToolSuite release? If so, can you check if removing the same folders under %APPDATA% helps? |

Everything looks ok and I can press the capture button. But it does not capture anything, there is no error message and the game continues to run. Is there somewhere I can look for an error log on the computer, I could not find anything.
I have tested both on my own game and on a Microsoft sample application.
