In Module 3 Exercise 1, we spent a lot of time walking people through installing and using the OSM Place Search plugin. I’m not sure that’s necessary for the exercise, suggest removing it.
For the exercise, it could be quicker and just as useful to give people coordinates to enter into the coordinates search to find the right location.
An exercise introduced 2 plugins at the same time which is too many (again for beginners). I should have skipped the OSM place search in the beginning
Module 3 Exercise 2 – similar to above, seems unnecessary to install a plugin to get a basemap when OSM is available in XYZ tiles by default

I think it does make sense to introduce OSM place search. Getting the coordinates and searching for the right location seems more complicated to me. I added an explanation about plugins in the getting started with QGIS chapter and will add a note in the Trainer's section of the exercise that a plugin will be installed. Plugins are integral to QGIS and trainees should learn how to install them at some point.
