File names with en in should be all in English #23

Some file names prefaced with en have non-English spellings in them - e.g.

  • en_qgis_theorie.md - could be en_qgis_theory.md
  • references to modul should be updated to module

Don't want to break anything so not changing any file names for now, but logging it here to come back to
