من روی ایرانسل بهترین سرعت رو میگیرم شما احتمالا آیپی که استفاده میکنین با isp سازگار نیست با این برنامه میتونید آیپی ممناسب پیدا کنید ضمنا برای تست حما تنظیمش رو بزارید روی download و upload
