Add "keep" option to cache cleaner #65

Current options are:

full: when a script file changes, all related caches are cleared.
partial: when a script file changes, cache is only overriden when running with the same inputs.

Some would like to keep all their runs. Keep option would be the following:

keep: when a script file changes, a new run folder is created when running the script with the same inputs.
