Allow access to search results (sr_)?

I believe we touched on this before, but opening an issue now after I wrote this - it would be nice if we were able to add and edit search result entries (sr_), so we could solve some more issues on our own.

Of course this basically means making them open source by i.e. putting them in a folder in this repo (=> "search-results" perhaps?).

Feel free to close right away if you are not comfortable doing that :)
