Change "Service Area:" in CXM to read "Guildhall Service Area"

User Story/Requirement
As a CSA I would like to be able to easily differentiate Norbert suggested service for WNC and Sovereign NBC by having the service area set as "Guildhall Service Area"

Wait until NBC MailBot removed
