Bug description
When North Northants auto response is received, the case still creates on North Northants CXM.

Reference number(s)
Live - EMN018691 & EMN018442
Test - EMN000985 & EMN000986

Bug reproduction
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Email a Sovereign North Northants from Contact Us Inbox
  2. See Error

Expected behaviour
When an auto response is received this does not raise a case

Additional comments
This was working previously, however an amendment has been made to the North Northants Auto Response which has not made this error. The new email response has been added to the Dynamo DB Table - however doesn't seem to be ignoring the response. @MeganCrowthers did try adding the whole auto response - however this exceeded the value was exceeded.
