User Story: As an Email Hub, I would like to view Norberts suggested response to Unitary Queries within the EMA/EMN case, so that I can use this contact as the suggest response to reduce the average handle time on emails.

Expanding the internal NBC process to encompass all email contact recvd into the unitary process; the North implementation however isn't as simple as "lift and shift" to North, as we will need to adjust and deploy the code, then need to tailor it to North's unique infrastructure and workflow requirements and test it thoroughly.
