Bug description
Telephone numbers on the Contact Us form not progating to CXM correctly, despite the fields being mapped within the system; is only happening to North forms.

Complete any Contact Us Form
Fully complete the fields (including the optional telephone number)
Case submitted
Case details propagate to CXM but not telephone number
Expected behaviour
Tel number should propagate to CXM as with the other data.
