The referred repo that extract this out of expo doesn't exist anymore, so it shouldn't be referenced anymore.

@tannera I forked the repo and created a new npm library. It doesn't use expo and you have to install react native svg yourself: https://github.com/kostimarko/rn-content-loader yarn add rn-content-loader
