[Feature Request]: Localise `README.md`

Problem Description

FT is used by many across the globe and every one of them is using FT in their own language, but when they come to our repo they can only view the README.md in English. This makes the application very accessible, but our repo not.

Proposed Solution

Translating the README.md can be done in a few ways:

1. Through Weblate
2. Through a PR
