.gitignore manual edit

I often need to add full Folders and wildcard queries into .gitignore. Having a way of manually editing the file from within ungit would be useful.

I have found a similar issue: If I click in .gitignore in ungit, i can already edit the .gitignore-file within ungit and there is already a save button. But if I click in on save, the editor get closed without saving anything.
