The readme is currently incomplete and lacks sufficient information to hand off development. Without the minimum information in the example below it would take a significant number of hours for someone to dig through all the folders just to maintain the software.

If helpful information is available but not located in the readme provide a link in the appropriate section as to where the information can be found.
