[BUG] Closing the logs window also closes the entire launcher

Describe the bug
Closing the logs window also closes the entire launcher.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the 'Logs' tab.
2. Click on 'Open Logs Window'.
3. Close the window that pops up.
4. The launcher also closes.

Expected behavior
Only the Logs Window should close. The launcher should remain open.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• Flashpoint Version 12

Flashpoint 13, my launcher does not close though the log window is not created:

Running the launcher as Administrator has the same result.
