Feature Request: Configurable Volume Step Amount with Grid Snapping

Feature Description

Add the ability to configure how much the volume changes per scroll wheel tick, with "grid snapping" behavior that aligns to clean percentages.

Current Behavior

Scroll wheel changes volume by 2% per tick, which can leave volume at odd values like 67%.

Proposed Behavior

• Configurable step amount (1, 2, 4, 5, 10, 20, or 25%) selectable in Community Settings
• Grid snapping: When scrolling, volume snaps to the nearest step boundary first
  • Example: Volume at 67%, step=5, scroll down → snaps to 65% → then 60% → 55%
• Optional slider snap: When dragging, slider can snap to step increments

Use Cases

• Users who prefer volume in clean increments (0, 10, 20, 30...)
• Gaming setups with specific volume preferences
• Accessibility for users who want larger, predictable volume changes

Implementation

I have a working implementation ready and would be happy to submit a PR if this feature aligns with the project's vision.

• Flyout slider scroll wheel
• Tray icon scroll wheel
• Hotkey volume up/down
• New settings in Community Settings page
