Automatic Audio Routing by Window Screen Location

I have developed a feature that can automatically switch the audio output of a program window to the audio device of the corresponding display when the window spans across multiple screens. The core functionality has basically been implemented; however, I am not a C# or UWP developer. I only read existing code and mimicked the use of these interfaces, so there may be issues in many parts.

Could an official feature like this be provided?
Or could you please provide me with some suggestions regarding the following questions?

There are some known issues that I am unable to resolve:

1. When switching audio, it does not switch the specified audio stream exclusively, but rather all processes under the entire program name. In other words, if you have two Google Chrome windows (Window A and Window B), dragging only Window B to Display 2 will cause the audio of Window A to also switch to Display 2 along with it.
2. When directly opening a window on Display 2, the audio will not automatically switch to the audio device of Display 2.
