Incomplete/not started

As a user so a can determine if my question has been solved, I want to see questions marked as solved

As a user so that I can mark a topic I want to be able to tag a chatroom

As a user, so it's easier to share my code I would like to be able to link my GitHub

As a user, so that I can see if my question has already been answered I want to be able to search old chat logs

As a user so I can build my reputation I want other users to have the ability to rate my answers

As a user, I want the ability to upvote and downvote solutions

As a user so I can show my expertise I want to be able to make a custom profile
