This issue was added after we saw a presentation of flow programming at Libre Grahics.
This is a programming language option to investigate for the future.

This has nothing to do with better visualization of the pattern piece such as displaying the control handles or using arrows to indicate the direction of the seamline path.

#107 and #16 are not duplicates of this issue.
Flow programming could be used to implement #107 and other features.
