EXPORTS: Export HTML with inline SVG

Addendum to request fro print / export of Drawing / Detail as well as layout.

Given that modern browsers support display of SVG as inline text, it should be possible to
export drawings / patterns as HTML.

It should also be possible to add an option ti display a table of the measurements used.
it might also be possible (with css/ecmascript) to allow the measurements to be modifiable.
it could be published to the web in this way allowing people to enter thier own measurements

this wuold be similar to the inkscape plugin susan developed in the tau meta tau physica project
